The Porterhouse comes from the rear end of the short loin. It is a combination of the filet and New York Strip. Our Porterhouses are dry aged to perfection and 1.5 inches thick. 

Weight and Sizes are as follows: 

• Large up to 2 lbs | $70

• Grande: 2-2.5 lbs | $80
