We take pride in how we raise our cattle and work hard to preserve our family's legacy. We are Marc and Avery Claire Wrigglesworth. Two young farmers with a passion for raising ethical, premium quality sustainable beef. 

In 2019, we left our jobs in international finance, to start the next chapter of lives as the owners and operators of Lily Hill Farm in order to prevent the sale of the 3rd generation family farm. Learning as we grow, making some mistakes along the way but always staying true to our vision - raising quality beef with care.

All Natural

Our cattle are raised in a pastoral environment from birth to finish and WITHOUT additional growth hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products.

Dry Aged

We dry age our beef for a minimum of 14 days. This dry aging process improves the eating quality of the beef. It deepens the flavour, enhances the tenderness and the texture by enabling the muscle fibres to breakdown in a controlled environment.

USDA Inspected

We process our meat at a USDA inspected facility to ensure the highest quality product reaches your door. Our processor is also a certified humane handling facility.


We are dedicated to the continued improvement of our herd’s genetics in order to bring you the highest quality meat. Some of the genetic factors we consider when choosing our cattle are fleshing, confirmation, phenotype and reproductive ability.

Our commitment is to quality - quality meat, quality service, and qualities practices. 

Our confinement free operation allows our cattle to grow as nature intended with the added benefit of humane practices that keep our stock healthy and happy every step of the way. 

This means we DO NOT supplement with feed through antibiotics or us hormonal implants to hasten growth. 

Our rigorously researched processor is not only USDA certified, but also a Certified Humane handling facility, thus ensuring an ethically produced product without sacrificing tenderness or flavor.
