All animals in our beef program are Black Angus. We select the best bulls from around the country and constantly improve our herds genetics to provide you with the best beef possible!

Our cattle live on pasture 365 days a year and have access to fresh grass during the grazing season and hay in the winter. Cattle in our beef program are no different other than having access to free choice grain for 90 days prior to harvest.

Our cattles finishing ration is a custom blend of Soybean Hulls, Corn Gluten, Rolled Corn, Cottonseed Hulls, Soybean Meal along with all the neccessary vitamins and minerals.

All of our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 14 days. All beef ages differntly and we rely on our butchers expert eye to decide when a carcas is ready for butchering.

Dry aging is when you take a piece of meat and put it into a controlled open-air environment to go through a flavour transformation. By exposing the meat to air, moisture is pulled out and the natural enzymes in the beef break the muscles down slowly over time, making it more tender.

Yes - all animals in our beef program are born and raised on the farm. Currently, the only animals we bring in from outside are our bulls, in order to continually improve our herd genetics.

As we grow and demand increases beyond our current production, we may partner with neighboring farms to meet demand.

No - we have personally selected 3 local USDA processors to partner with to process and pack our beef. We are in the very early stages of planning our own USDA inspected on-farm facility, but this is a little way off :)

We have a strict no returns and no refunds policy since most of our products are perishable and can not easily be shipped back and forth and we can not accept frozen products back for resale. If you need to return a sweatshirt or apparel, we will exchange for a different size if the customer pays shipping to send the original back to us. This does NOT apply for meats - all meats are NO returns or refunds, no exceptions.

We can ship to all of the lower 48 states, however, if you are outside of our ground shipping area (see map and list below), your package will go UPS Next Day Air.  There are some rural addresses that UPS cannot guarantee next day delivery to and you will be unable to select a shipping option at checkout. Unfortunately we do not have any alternative at this time.

Order cut-off is Tuesday at 9 am EST. Orders received after 9am on Tuesday will go out the following week, unless otherwise specified (e.g pre ordered special cuts may ship on a specified date in the future)

Ground shipping orders ship on Tuesday and occasionally Wednesday depending on volume. Shipping later in the week risks shipments getting stuck at distribution centers over the weekend and ruining the shipment.Next Day Air shipments will ship Tuesdays and occasionally Wednesdays depending on volume. Occasionally around holidays or particularly busy periods, next day air may also ship out on Thursdays.

We ship FREE on all orders over $120 within our ground shipping area (see list below) and $20 for orders below $120.

If you are outside of our ground shipping area, your shipping will be calculated at checkout at the current UPS Next Day Air rate.

States within our ground shipping area (at the time of writing - subject to change):

Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington DC.

Our beef is shipped frozen with dry ice. We ship each order with enough dry ice for the planned days in transit, and while there may not be any dry ice present upon arrival (as it sublimates during the journey), the product should still be mostly frozen when it arrives.

Your order should arrive completely frozen. If your beef arrived without any remaining dry ice, there is no need for concern - the dry ice simply sublimates in transit.

    • If the beef is still frozen just defrost it in your refrigerator and cook it as normal or place it in your freezer to save for future use.
    • If the beef is thawed but still below about 40 degrees Fahrenheit you can either store it in your refrigerator for up to two weeks or safely refreeze for future use.

We can not ship outside of the US at this time

We can not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Occasionally this does happen. A little bit of thawing is no big deal but if your order was severly delayed and all of your product thawed and spoiled, please contact us.

If we have enough beef in stock, we will usually offer to send out a replacement box the following week, or we can offer a refund. This is ONLY in cases where the shipment was delayed by UPS.

We strongly reccomend someone being home on the day of your delivery to receive it and place your beef in the freezer as soon as possible. If no one is home to receive your order and your box sits in the sun all day and thaws, we can not be held responsible and replace or refund your order.

UPS does not include perishables in their shipping insurance so we bear these costs entirely ourselves!
