founder of Lily Hill Tallow Co. My journey with tallow began while searching for a natural remedy for my eczema. During my research, I discovered the potential of tallow and realized I already had access to beef suet (the raw fat for making tallow) from our cattle, a byproduct of our direct-to-consumer beef business. This opportunity allowed me to experiment with this miracle fat, and to my relief, I healed my eczema for the first time in four years by incorporating our tallow into my skincare routine. I often had adverse reactions to synthetic ingredients in commercial skincare products, so it's been incredibly fulfilling to create clean, all-natural skincare options for myself and others.

I also want to emphasize that we are more than just a tallow brand. We are family-owned and operated cattle ranch in West Central Georgia, committed to sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices. Our philosophy centers on using the systems and materials provided by Mother Nature, refining them thoughtfully and consciously to create truly sustainable products. Unlike large companies that buy carbon credits to offset emissions, we focus on thoughtfully and sustainably producing our beef and tallow in a regenerative manner from start to finish.
