We are overwhelmed by the support we have received over the past several weeks. At this time, we are sold out of most products, with only a few bones and offal cuts (liver and heart) available.

Our next restock is scheduled for the week of January 27th, 2025. We currently have more beef at our local processor, which is dry aging on the rail and is scheduled to be cut and wrapped between January 23rd and 27th.
