We have ordered from the first month Lily Hill offered online purchasing and we have never been disappointed. Orders arrive in S Texas fozen with plenty of dry ice. Short ribs are one of my favorites and LH never lets us down. Thank you
I have purchased my fair share of tallow products, and there are two I love and one I faithfully order, with extra stock in my fridge, so I am no stranger to tallow's amazing benefits. That being said, I was excited to try Lily Hill Tallow after following on IG and reading the reviews. This product is amazing! I absolutely love the tallow. Tallow has been my go-to moisturizer for a while, and I am a huge proponent of its benefits and tell everyone I know. Now I will be telling everyone about Lily Hill. My face feels amazing after use, and I use it morning and night. It doesn't clog my pores, glides on smoothly, and smells amazing. Tallow works extremely well for my skin, and I know this brand will too, with all the thought-out ingredients that complement the tallow itself. I recently purchased the lip balm as well. I had been experiencing really dry, peeling lips, with a bit of chelitis, and this has made my lips so soft, no more peeling, no more cracking, and extremely moisturized. Yes, the lanolin is strong with the beeswax, but it's natural. No filler or additives, and that is why it works. It also doubles as a lip gloss because it leaves a nice shine. Will definitely be ordering moe when I run out, but I am also ordering the face balm today because of the ingredients calendula specifically, and its healing and anti-inflammatory properties, along with marshmallow root. Super excited so far. This will be my new go-to going forward. I love the fact that they use the suet from their own cattle, as well as that sourced from farmers who share their same practices in raising cattle. Amazing, it's all I can say. Thank you!
Took a bit to get to me. Granted I know they ship a tone and were behind on orders. But i also needed it pretty fast. Its on me for ordering so late as well. Jusy wished it shipped faster this time.
Also looks like there are some air pockets so less product.
This hasn’t been my experience every time i order from them. This is my 4th or 5th time. And i would still recommend. Low tox whole ingredient and smells nice. Very smooth and buttery feeling to the face. Love it.

I really love the scent of the essential oil blend. However, lately my skin has been very reactive to a lot of skincare products. I purchased several of the unscented bottles to share with my family and because I use them quickly as a body lotion. The texture is absolutely stunning—it's lightweight and not greasy whatsoever. To me, the unscented version doesn't have that "beefy" scent or any unpleasant odor that sometimes comes with unscented tallow products. I really love this brand, but I’m not sure if it's the alcohol or something else; recently, I’ve seemed to grow sensitive to this lotion. It gets quite itchy and my skin turns warm. I know this product is carefully curated and I just wish my skin wasn't so reactive. I will continue to use Lily Hill Farm's tallow products, especially the essential oil blend as a hand lotion.
This lotion is so amazing and fitting for everyone. I love how the lotion isn’t greasy just like other lotions out there and the essential oils are to die. I can’t wait to give this to my grandma in Morocco!

I had 3 surgeries to open the arteries in my legs and after 4 years the hair is growing again. Ugh have to shave again. The legs are doing great but are healing and swelling and oh my they are dry & flaky. I've tried other lotions but the only ones that actually hydrate my skin is the tallow! I rub it on after a shower and my legs feel so good and soft and there are no flakes. I just came back to order 3 jars so I never run out. I use it on my hands and arms as well. Can never have enough GOOD STUFF in the pantry!
I have never wrote a review about any product before but I am writing this because this lip balm has changed my son’s life and mine! My whole life I have struggled with terrible perioral dermatitis and cracked lips. It is so painful and nothing ever worked for it. I bought this a few months ago and it worked in one day and my lip cracks were healed and they have never came back and I only have to apply once a day it works so well! All my other creams and chapsticks I had to apply all day long only to be red and irritated still. I use them whipped tallow on my face as well and it makes my skin so soft! My 9 month old son has struggled with eczema around his lips and on his cheeks and under his chin for the past 4 months and nothing has relieved it, it was getting worse every day slowly spreading. Countless creams and steroids and so many tears and long nights holding him down so he wouldn’t itch his face I finally thought I should try the lip balm for his face. I used their whipped tallow and it helps keep it soft but it was so thin he would just wipe it right off. Within 24 hours of using the lip balm on his face, his eczema has gotten so much better it’s almost gone. This product has changed our lives and helped with all the discomfort and stress I have felt trying to heal my babies face. If you are on the fence get this product! These pictures are less than 24hrs apart. I love Lilly hill tallow so much!
I’ve been using the face balm now for nearly 1 year. Each jar lasts me 4-5 months at first it seemed it a bit oily but was just using to much on my face you really don’t need much. I’m in the sun and wind in the desert daily so my skin was dry and sad, this face balm has brought my skin back to a healthy comfortable place and I’m in love with it. It’s worth the cost, definitely give it a shot if you’re on the fence!
The tallow products are fantastic! It's just the right density for applying to the skin. I have given this as gifts and so many people say it is now their favorite lotion so I keep buying it for myself, family and more gifts. We love it!
I have been purchasing my beef from Lily Hill for well over a year now, I simply cannot get beef from a grocery store any longer. The meat is wonderful, so flavorful and high quality. I also buy my tallow skin care which is exceptional. Thank you for providing great beef, high quality skin care and the best customer service!
This feels so nourishing on the skin. You only need a very small amount.
I have been using this product on my daughters(5 years old and 14 months old) for about 6 months and it has changed their skin. Both of them have pretty severe eczema and sensitive skin and this has gotten their skin clear. I’ve tried what feels like every eczema wash, lotion, balm and prescription cream and nothing works as well as the tallow. We mix it with hydrocortisone cream if they have a bad break out and they wake up the next morning 90% back to normal. We even have used it on sunburnt skin and it helped soothe and calm the skin. This product is worth every penny and we will be lifelong customers!
I’ve tried multiple other tallow brands and this one is BY FAR the best. First, most brands sell 2 OZ jars for the same price, but Lily Hill Cattle sells double that. The unscented version also does not have a beefy smell at all. The texture is perfectly whipped and very easy to spread. I will forever repurchase!
I use the lotion and whipped tallow. I love them both but I wish the bottle was larger!! The lotion has healed some itching areas on my skin and the whipped tallow is my night moisturizer for my neck… it isn’t reversing my wrinkles but certainly helps maintain my skin health!
I wish we could recycle the bottles and jars by auto refill?? Something to consider I think!
While we like all of the beef we buy here, the chuck roast is a great example of how great the beef is. Lily Hill pot roasts taste more beef like--and better--than your store bought pot roast. It's easy to rave about their steaks (naturally), but it's with the everyday cuts of beef that the difference between Lily Hill and store bought beef really shines through.
