The Tomahawk steak is a cut of beef that is taken from the rib section. This cut of beef is well marbled and is known for its flavor and tenderness.

Our dry aged Tomahawk steaks are cut over 2 inches thick and our KING CUT tops off our Tomahawk line up at 50 ounces (over 3 lbs)!

Weights and Sizes are as follows: 

• Large up to 2.5 lbs (~40 ounces) | $89

• Extra Large 2.5 to 2.75 lbs (~42.4 ounces) | $99
