All fat no beef

I was really disappointed in the brisket. It was probably 5lbs of thick fat to cut off, I could have sold it back to Lily to make her tallow skin care! All the other beef I have ordered has been great, but i will not get another brisket flat.

Going on the smoker tonight for Super Bowl LVII. If it’s anything last my last brisket, I’ll be enjoying burnt ends by halftime.
