Flank Steak Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 pound flank steak
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 to 2 heads of Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 purple onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup Fresco cheese (Mexican crumble cheese)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup Mexican table cream (as dressing)
- 1 lime, wedged
- 1/2 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
Instructions:
- Cook the flank steak in a skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches desired doneness. Set aside to rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, assemble the salad by layering the chopped lettuce, purple onion, and sliced flank steak.
- Top the salad with crumbled Fresco cheese, sliced avocado, and drizzle with Mexican table cream.
- Squeeze the juice from the lime wedge over the salad, and garnish with chopped cilantro and a sprinkle of red chili flakes.
